Architect Georgi Koinov graduated at the “Higher Engineering and Construction Institute” in Sofia in 1969. He has worked for many years in a Design Organization in Sliven. In 1989, together with arch. Daniela Koinova he founded his own design agency. He is an author of emblematic for this town objects and won numerous awards and nomiations. In 2004 the agency was joined by arch. Martin Koinov and arch. Peter Koinov, both graduated at the University of Architecture, Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia. Today “Koinovi” Architecture and Design agency unites the experience and creative potential of two generations of architects, all of them being members of the Bulgarian Chamber of architects and having an utter design capacity.
We design :: administrative buildings, hospitals and polyclinics, production enterprises, apartment buildings, individual houses and villas, interiors. We work with remarkable specialists – engineers, and we form a team according to the specificity of the building. We have proved our objectivity in the working process, as well as our loyalty towards clients and partners.
